You Deserve More Than A Job…

you deserve opportunity and choice.

Opportunity:

With a serious shortage of skilled workers in the construction industry, and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, there’s more than a job out there... there's a career path to take you as far you want to go.

Choice:

Whether you want to run heavy equipment, pound nails, drive trucks, or learn to manage projects, and everything in between, it’s all up to you. You pick a direction and we'll help you find the training so you can start earning good money, great benefits, and a chance to move up.

Forget the dead-end jobs... this is a chance at a career that will afford you the kind of lifestyle you want while helping build Montana’s economy for everyone’s benefit.

Make good money, do good work... and everybody wins.

Having a trade you can grow with changes everything...

It opens the door to opportunity both on the job and how you enjoy your life. But don’t take our word for it. Meet a couple of people who are living life on their terms because they learned a trade in the construction industry.

Meet Krista. For being so young in her career, Krista’s already tested engines for Volvo, sold heavy duty truck parts, ran a lot of big equipment and even got to compete in a motor grader obstacle competition… and won. Now she’s working to build a family dealership of her own…

Meet Josh. Six years ago Josh started as an inexperienced laborer, today, he runs an asphalt plant, operates a crusher and works as the plant foreman. And what does he love the most… that every day’s a new adventure…
